Godfather II “Don Contol” Multiplayer Details

After the recent fervor involving Capcom and changing gamers for DLC that is already on the disc it’s nice to see that with all the money EA has made (probably from in-game advertising) they are not afraid to give a little something back. The sequel to the popular Godfather game will be released on the 7th April in America (10th Europe) and available to download for free at the same time is the “Don Control” multiplayer add-on.
Taking a drastic step away from what you would expect from a multiplayer mode for a sandbox shooter, Don Control offers player the chance to become a Mafia Don in an RTS style fight for power. Using the money you make while in single player mode player need to recruit others into your family by offering a cut of your profits and challenging other Dons to their empires. This game mode is presented in a top-down view and uses the “revolutionary Don’s View” which is a 3D representation of the player’s criminal empire.
