ODST

If like me the prospect of waiting until September for Halo ODST is too much then feel assured that Microsoft and Bungie have got our backs. No less than 22 images from the game have been made available, each one revealing just a little bit more about the game.

There is of course other pieces of information floating about, the game will come in a two disc format, the first disc will be the single player ODST campaign and the other will be all the multiplayer maps for Halo 3. These are the Mythic, Legendary and Heroic map packs, the cold storage map and finally the last three maps Heretic, Citadel and Longshore. This disc will be a standalone executable that will not require Halo 3 to play, which is great considering all the space they take up on the hard drive.

Other than that a lot of the single player mode will be played in a crime noir fashion, with your character scouring New Mombasa and Voi for clues to your team’s whereabouts. With each new discovery triggering a flash back and control of a different character.
