Hands on video of the ASHPD

For those people that missed the real life ASHPD (Portal Gun) last week here’s the link to the post and for those of you that did see the post there is now a video available over on Engadget.com and if you were thinking that the gun wasn’t real well this video should clear up all doubts!
It looks like Engadget were lucky enough to be invited to Harrison Krix secret research lab / workshop to get some hands-on time with this ASHPD. from the interviewit turns out the he put in a massive 150 hours and $350 in parts, although as with most prototypes he now says he could make one faster and a little cheaper.
Harrison who is a 26-year old graphic designer and graduate of Savannah College of Art and Design has also said that people, including employees at Bungie and Infinity Ward, have already approached him to make one for them and that he is thinking of making a special ASHPD for the Penny Arcade crew’s Child’s Play charity!
