Lovin the Invaders

Just when you thought it was safe to go back into the arcades again, the Invaders strike!

After the last Lovin the Invaders article I posted I came across even more cool things to do with these retro pixels!

Below are just a few of the New (Well maybe old) things i’ve found!

#01. Paper Invaders

Paper Invaders

I have to say if i was given a present wrapped in this i would be very happy indeed!

You can buy this paper from www.whimsypress.com and costs $4.50 .

#02. Space Socks

Space Socks

I found this on a knitting website called www.knitty.com here they give you instructions on how to make your own Space Socks!

But the person responsible for the design has her own blog where you can find loads of other designs!

#03. Space Bag & NES Pillow

Space Bag

Well first I found the Space Invaders In love bag at www.in-hope.com which is made out of black marine vinyl on the outside and a bright green cotton fabric liner. And it is about 10 inches high by 9 inches wide and yours for only $26.00

And then I saw the NES Pillow that is about 14 inches wide by 8 inches high. It is made out of soft and thick grey bottom weight cotton and felt bits sewn on to make the controller shape. It is so nice to lay your little head down and dream of your gaming glory. This will cost you $15.00!

#04. Space Bluetooth Headset

bluetooth headset

And check this Bluetooth headset cover over on Korea’s Funshop website.
And Jabra provides an online cover design tool which lets you upload and share your own custom designs.

#05. Space Skateboards

Space Skateboards

Now these were my favorite find in this little search of mine because the tiles that have been used are from Rubik Cubes! The designer of this has his own website where you can check out all of his other designs!

And so the list continues to grow, and I have to say the more things that get released the better they seem to be!

If you have found anything and want to share with us at Level Select why don’t you email me at: mikeballan@levelselect.co.uk
