Hopefully these images are just the musings of graphic artist Matt W Moore and aren’t actually going into full production. I say this because, while they are undoubtably awesome designs for a car (and on any other car I would be tempted), I can’t help but think that the novelty factor would wear off pretty quick.
The problem with drawing from the current trend of geeky cool (or geek chic as it’s cringingly refered to) is like all trends people will move on. Sad people like myself who are fashionable now, will be unfashionable again one day but clothes are cheap. Or cheaper than a £8000 car, what will the trend followers do when retro gaming is no longer cool? Do as I do and continue on oblivious to the shifting tides until retro gaming is cool again, or bite the bullet and sell up?
Not actually certain what’s going on with this one, I don’t recognise any game, thats for sure.

I have always envisioned cars of the future covered in skins that can display any image. The image could be changed as easy as changing your computers wallpaper. These cars remind me of that.
