Modern Warfare 2 Capture The Flag

Anticipation for Modern Warfare 2 is seriously starting to hot up, everywhere I turn it’s no 1 on a pre order list, or somebody will gush about its awesomeness. Quite rightly so too, and to help things along Infinity Ward are quietly releasing more footage as time goes by. Today we are treated to the multiplayer mode “Capture the Flag” (CTF), or as IW are calling it Flag Runner.

Infinity Ward certainly know they have a blockbuster on their hands and certainly haven’t pulled any of their punches producing this sequel. You will notice how every looks similar, yet strangely new and I especially like the mini gamer profiles that pop up when you kill someone. Something else that I noticed is that carrying the flag doesn’t seem to have a detrimental effect on the carrier, nor does it look like you can drop it after you pick it up. Which for those of you who have played Halo 3’s CTF will approve of this move.
