New Wii SKU In Time For Christmas

Nintendo have applied for a new Universal Product Code (UPC) on the Wii.
This means they are planning on releasing the Wii with features not yet available with the Wii, it is currently unknown what this extra feature will be and there is a lot of speculation around the interweb as to what everyone thinks it might be.
A popular choice is DVD playback although since Nintendo have already dropped this from the Wii already it is unlikely to that and everyone has one now. If i count all of the DVD players is own the number is six!
Another likely candidate is a new colour, this tactic has served them well in the past and is always guaranteed to do well especially if you go with the obvious pink for girls, but this too is unlikely.
The final option is a new control method and i think this is what the “New Pack” is all about, the Wii Zapper is due out in November and has the support of Link’s Crossbow Training, Ghost Squad and Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles all of which are recognised brands and should sell well.
