Portal In ASCII..?
Who here has played Portal..? If you haven’t you should. If you have I’m sure you will be amazed at how incredibly, supremely awesome and a touch nerdy this video below is. What exactly has been done here? well, some clever people have managed to do is recreate Valve’s Portal using only ASCII which to my knowledge is not an easy task.
Is your head hurting like mine is, trying to work out how they did this? I think a massive well done should go out to the makers of this “ASCII Portal” and the award for the “Nerdiest Thing Ever” should go to you.

Got to admit that’s impressive work, even if as you say the mind boggles working out why someone would go those lengths.

Is it me or is this guy too happy? He is like the Bob Ross of game design. If you don’t know Bob then please look him up on Youtube; he was rather popular on public TV in the States.
