Princess Rosetta, never looked better!
Following on from the previous posts: Faith, never looked better!, Princess Peach, never looked better! & Zero Suit Samus, never looked better! I thought I would add to this great & growing collection of Cosplay outfits by bringing you Princess Rosetta from Super Mario Galaxy!
This outfit has been made by Andrea a.k.a “Ichigokitty” or “Misatonpenpen” from Orlando, Florida for Megacon 2008 and I find it hard to believe that there was anyone else there that looked as good as her..!
The whole outfit took about a month to make and the crown is polystyrene and foamie. The gems in the crown have been made out of clear casting resin. The wand & star on the chest is wood and if you thought this was good the wig was styled by her too.
I love to wear this dress because I feel very princess-like in it! I also hate to wear it because I have to stand in a way where I have to arch my back and I can only see out of one eye! I’m very surprised at the response to wearing Rosalina, and I love to pose with other Mario characters!

rosetta is the original name i think…because of its…disadvantageous similiarity to a certain part of the human body, it was renamed for the western earth…dunno if its still rosetta in the japanese SMG, but nevertheless she looks AWESOME
