Road Rash: Test Footage

Now I always feel both angry and excited when watching a cancelled game as the game always looks totally awesome but I know that I will never get to play the finished version, and I feel even more upset about the video below. Yes the rumours of EA’s classic motorcycle game Road Rash have been doing the rounds for a while now but we never got an official announcement that the game would be coming out for either the PS3 or the Xbox 360.

And so by the looks of things the game has been cancelled by EA for some reason or other and all that is left of the game is this pre-vis footage of what looks to be one hell of a sweet game, as the video shows the rider throwing him off his bike, kicking cars to gain a turbo boost and the good old classic use of a baseball bat.

There may still be a chance of the game being finished but at the moment it looks like its to join other games like “Project Hammer” and “Golden Eye” but at least you can watch the video right..?

And for those of you out there that don’t remember Road Rash here is a little taste of what it was like on the Genesis..!
