A lot of people, myself included were wondering what excatly is Portal: Still Alive?
Well in answer to the question Valve’s Doug Lombardi has very kindly stepped forward to explain the situation, are you sitting comfortably? Then we’ll begin.
Portal: Still Alive is a standalone version of the original Portal that can be purchased through Xbox Live Marketplace. In addition to Portal itself, it will include a number of levels that are not part of the game’s story, and do not feature story-related elements such as GLaDOS voice over.
This version of the game is currently exclusive to XBLM, but for PC owners who would like to experience the game too, can do so by simply downloading the Portal: The Flash Version MapPack for the original game and what’s more it’s completely free.
