Gears of War 2: Title Update 4
Gears of War 2 has received its fourth (wow!) title update today which will take affect as soon as you next boot up the game. Included in this update are some new achievements (that will require the soon to be released “Road to Ruin” DLC) and more support for the Horde game mode. Gears of War 2 Update / Fix
Last night at around 3am ish we got the Gears of War 2 Update / Fix and I didn’t realize how many fixes it fixed..! The main bulk of these fixes were for the multiplayer side of the game as well as some new features like new achievements, some of which you will have to play the Flashback Map Pack that came free with new copies of Gears of War 2. Lego: Gears of War

Gears of War Armour
Why pretend that you are Marcus Fenix, when you can actually be him? Especially now that you can wear the armour and carry a real automatic rifle with Chainsaw Bayonet. Although I would like to point out that the weapons supplied with this costume are purely decorative, if you could call it such a thing. Real Lancer Chainsaw Gun!
Yes it seems that a good old American wasn’t happy with just having a AR-15 Rifle to go shout things so he had to modify his rifle to have a chainsaw bayonet on it just like the Lancer Chainsaw Gun from Gears of War! Now although this is some nice MacGyver skills here I don’t understand the point to this as why is a chainsaw needed if you can shout 800 rounds/min from a distance of 550m? (Yes I looked it up... Bit of a Gears of War 2 image explosion here, or should that be a splattering? These images and artwork give us just an indication of what to expect from Gears 2, but with expectations high hopefully Epic can recreate the success of the original. TriForce Acquires License to Produce Gears of War Weapons and Armor
Fans of Gear of War will soon be able to buy 1:1 scale replicas of the weapons and armor from the Gears of War universe. Triforce has picked up the rights to produce the equipment from the Xbox exclusive game and are planning to recreate C.O.G. Gaming Videos Early campaign footage from GoW2 involving grind lifts that are used to reach cities the locus have sunk into the depths of the Earth. Looks of interesting action and set pieces throughout but keep your eye open for the chainsaw gun showdown near the end it looks awesome!
