Team Fortress 2 Skins

One of the great things about PC gaming is all the user generated content you can find, download and use for free. There are a lot of sites dedicated to offering free content to use on your favourite game, some of the content will modify an aspect of the gameplay, whereas some like the following skins simply change the appearance of characters or weapons.
If you fancy having a bit of fun which the appearance of your characters in Team Fortress 2 take a look at some of the better skins I’ve found at FPS Banana
WWII skins
If you fancy giving your fighters a retro theme this World War II skin will turn the red team into Nazis and the blu team into US Marines. Created by FPS Banana user “Adopted” it’s a great example of a complete team skin and even though it’s very good, it isn’t intended to be historically accurate, but used on maps like Goldmine or Badlands this skin can teleport the whole game back to France 1945.
ACME Rockets & Sticky Dice Bombs!
These two different skins were created by Ripper_hugme and don’t change any of the characters appearances, only their weapons. The first skin changes the soldier’s rockets into Looney Tunes themed rockets made famous by Wylie Coyote. The second turns the Demoman’s sticky bombs into dice, giving a Las Vegas feel to your bombs and unlike the acme rocket that only comes in red this one is team sensitive.
Ghostbusting Medic
This class specific skin will only change the Medic, but with his Medigun his is the ideal candidate to be the fifth Ghostbuster! Upped by Kyyp this skin will give you a proton charged boost in the geek department, just be careful not to cross the streams!
Lupin III Spy
Based around the Japanese Manga for Lupin III, who is the grandson of Arsène Lupin. He is a master thief and womaniser with a fondness for gadgets so is a natural choice for the Spy skin. Jointly created by CrisM1 and KaraMong.
Macgyver build panel
This awesome skin by Your Welcome changes the Engineer’s build panel to incorporate Macgyver style goodies, although what B. Arthur has to do with Mac I’m not entirely sure, probably a secret dooms day device. The only downside to this skin is that no one can tell your using it, doesn’t detract from the fun element though.
Black Mesa Vs. Aperture Science Decals
Half-Life 2 Episode Three will hopefully involve an epic dust up with Aperture Science and even though Black Mesa has been nuked it would great to see who would win in a fight between Valves’ two scientific companies. It’s fortunate then, that Kyyp (who created the Ghostbuster Medic) has changed all the games’ decals so red is Black Mesa and Blu is Aperture Science, the only question is who’s side are you on?
