I’m so sad to see Retro Studios pass the Metroid torch onto someone else, but all good things must come to an end. I’m looking forward to the new style that Team Ninja will bring to the series and I am sure I will enjoy the game they produce. I have my doubts that I will ever feel the same about the Metroid series ever again. They brought us three of the most fantastic visions of this beloved franchise to date. Even though I already own all three of these games I will surely buy this trilogy pack and I look forward to the motion control enhanced version of Prime and Echoes. I have completed every Metroid game that has come out and I can safely say that Corruption is, at least in my book, the best Metroid game ever made and I know that there are those of you who would be glad to disagree. There are even some that disliked the jump into first person mode. I admit that I was one of those people when I first heard about Metroid Prime but my mind was quickly swayed. I can’t wait to play through the whole thing again, waggling my Wiimote the whole time. Thank you Retro for everything.
