Who wouldn’t want to live in Bright Falls..?

That would be me for one, man this little town is way too odd for me. I have now seen all 6 episodes of Bright Falls (The Alan Wake prequel) and I have to say if the game is as strange as the videos below I think I’m only playing this game in the day time with all the lights turned on just in case.

The story follows Jake Fischer, a newspaper reporter who visits the town on business just before Mr Wake arrives for his little vacation, and from the moment Jake enters Bright falls things start to go a little x-files/fringe. All in all the 6 part series is very well put together by director Philip Van, who has won over a dozen awards in festivals including the Sundance Film Festival, Berlin International Film Festival and more. Add to this Tom Noonan (FX’s “Damages,”) and Cooper Huckabee (HBO’s “True Blood”) and you really get a feeling that some time has been spent making this rather than just rushing out something to aid in the games’ promotion.
